Same film, straight from the distributor
This is Cowint's double matte, hot peel DTF film on a 23.6 in by 328 ft roll. A 75 micron PET base carries Cowint's five-layer coating, so white stays bright and the transfer releases cleanly from the press.
Hot peel means you give the transfer 3 to 5 seconds to set after the press opens, then lift the film while it is still warm. A forgiving peel for shops that press a wide mix of garments.
Double matte has the matte coating on both sides. The roll feeds cleanly through any printer.
Works with all standard DTF printers and inks, on cotton, polyester and blends. Sold by the roll and shipped from our Kansas warehouse in 24 hours or less on business days.

Print, powder, cure, press, peel
How to use this film
- PrintPrint on the matte side, mirrored, color first and white ink last. Double matte film is coated on both sides. If your printer has a heated bed, 70 to 90°C (160 to 195°F).
- PowderWhile the ink is wet, coat the print evenly with Cowint adhesive powder and shake off the excess.
- Cure135 to 140°C (275 to 285°F) for 60 seconds, until the powder melts to an even orange-peel finish.
- Press285 to 300°F (140 to 150°C) for 5 to 10 seconds, medium to high, even pressure.
- PeelLet the transfer set for 3 to 5 seconds, then peel while it is still hot. Then press again for 10 seconds at the same temperature, with parchment on top, for the best wash durability.
Cowint's published settings. Inks, powders and presses vary, so run a test press on your own equipment first. Store the roll at 50 to 60% humidity and a steady room temperature.
