ABOUT THIS INK
Same ink, straight from the distributor
This is Cowint's white DTF ink in a 1 liter bottle, formulated for Epson printheads. It is the ink we run in our own DTF printers every day, so we know how it flows, how it cures and how it washes.
White is the ink that does the heavy lifting. It prints last as the underbase, so it has to be opaque enough to block a black shirt and smooth enough not to clog the head. Cowint's white has strong coverage and is made to circulate without settling hard; shake well before you pour and keep the printer's white circulation on.
Flows well through I3200, I1600, XP600, DX5, DX7, TX800, 4720, 5113, L1800 and the other Epson heads, which means fewer clogs and less downtime. Prints are wash-fast and keep their color through normal laundering. OEKO-TEX certified.
Sold by the bottle and shipped from our Kansas warehouse in 24 hours or less on business days. Shake well before use: 5 to 15 minutes, by hand or on a shaker, until no sediment is left in the bottom of the bottle.

How to use this ink
- Shake well before useShake the sealed bottle for 5 to 15 minutes, by hand or on a shaker, until you see no sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Shine a flashlight through the bottle to check. White pigment settles fastest, so do not skip this.
- PourPour into the matching tank on the printer. Do not mix brands in one tank; if you are switching, flush the line first.
- PrimeRun a nozzle check and a head clean until every channel prints clean. Turn white circulation on if your printer has it.
- PrintPrint color first and white last on the matte side of the film, mirrored, through your RIP's DTF profile.
- Powder and curePowder while wet, shake off, and cure at 240°F (115°C) for 2 to 3 minutes. Then press as the film calls for.

Will this ink work in my printer?
Yes if your printer uses an Epson printhead, which covers nearly every desktop and roll DTF printer sold in the US: Epson I3200 (A1, E1 and U1), I1600, XP600, DX5, DX7, TX800, 4720, 5113, L1800, L805, L1300, R1390, R1430, R1900, R2000, R2400, R3000, R3880, P400, P600, P700, P800, P900, ET-8550, XP-15000, F2000 and F2100. That includes DTF Station Prestige A3+, A4, R2, L2 and XL2, Procolored, Digital Heat FX, ColDesi, Mongoose II, Black Widow, Audley, Fedar, STS XPD and any other DTF printer built on an Epson printhead.
Can I mix it with the ink already in my tanks?
Do not mix brands in one tank. Run the old ink down, flush the line, then fill with Cowint. Within the Cowint range the colors are made to run together.
How long does it last?
All five colors, white included, keep 12 months sealed from manufacture. Our stock turns over weekly, so bottles ship with months of life left. Once open, use within a few months and keep the cap tight.
Why does white need extra care?
White carries the heaviest pigment load, so it settles faster. Shake well before use, 5 to 15 minutes by hand or on a shaker until the bottom of the bottle is clear (check with a flashlight), and keep white circulation on if your printer has it.
Does it need a special RIP profile?
Most RIPs ship with a generic DTF profile that works well. If you want the last few percent of gamut, your RIP maker can supply or build a Cowint profile.

How do large supply orders ship?
Pallet-size orders ship free by freight truck (LTL) instead of UPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days, with 2 to 5 business days in transit. Free to a business address with a loading dock or forklift; liftgate service (typically $125) or residential delivery (typically $100) is an added carrier fee that we email you to confirm before shipping. Please inspect the pallet before signing. Full freight details.
