We print what you send, so the file decides the result. Five things to check before you upload.
23 inches wide by the length you ordered: 24, 60, 84, 120, 180, 240 or 360 inches. Keep designs at least 0.25 inch from the edges and from each other so they are easy to cut.
Export at 300 dpi at the finished size. Upscaled web images print soft. Vector files (PDF) are ideal; embed fonts first.
Anything that is not transparent prints, including white boxes behind logos. Use PNG or PDF with transparency.
Upload the sheet reading the right way round. We mirror it for printing. A pre-mirrored file prints backwards on the shirt.
RGB or CMYK both work; our RGBO profile handles the conversion. White areas print with white ink. Thin lines and text under 6 pt may not survive pressing.
Up to 500 MB per file. One file per sheet. Name it for your records; the name shows on your order.
Seven fixed sizes, all 23 inches wide. Pick the one that matches your artboard. The rate per square inch falls with length, and orders of $100 or more get 5% to 25% off at checkout.

Order discounts come off automatically at checkout and are worked out on the whole cart, so uploaded sheets, built sheets and transfers by size in the same order all count toward the tier.
Eight 30 foot uploads with the 25% tier work out to 1.2¢ per square inch.
Most DTF shops print with four colors plus white. Our printers add red, green, blue and orange inks, so saturated reds, oranges and greens print the way they look on your screen instead of going muddy.

Shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, aprons, team uniforms. Anything that takes a heat press takes a DTF transfer, and it comes out with vibrant color, crisp detail and a soft hand.
Every sheet is printed in our own shop in Ellinwood, Kansas and leaves by UPS within 24 hours on business days. Central shipping means two to three days to most of the country.
We print on instant peel film with our 9-color RGBO ink set and hot melt powder, on industrial roll-to-roll printers and shakers. The same supplies we sell to other print shops.
Upload one 2 foot sheet or thirty 30 foot sheets. The price per square inch drops with length, and order discounts of 5% to 25% come off automatically at checkout.
Email or call and you reach the people who printed your order. If a print is wrong because of something we did, we reprint and reship it at no cost.
Cut out each design, then press it like any of our DTF transfers. Heavy pressure, 8 to 10 seconds, peel right away or after it cools.
Did not transfer? More pressure and 5 more seconds, then raise the temperature 10°F at a time. Full tips, troubleshooting and wash care are on our how to press page. New material? Do a test press first.
