We'll offer to issue a full refund once we've received the product or quality pictures so that we can properly evaluate it. We can also work with you to upload the order again, at no additional charge, if necessary. Our team is available to guide you through the process, making it as simple and quick as possible.
2. Replacement: If your product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
