How Much Is Shipping?

  • All transfer orders are shipped for the lowest possible rate with our discounts with UPS and USPS.  We also offer free shipping if you spend $75+

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

  • Shipping times vary based on the turn around time which is listed on the header menu at the top of this page, your location, as well as the shipping method chosen.  For a quick estimate for shipping times based off of our facility at 67526 go to Shipping ETA.

    Simply Put:
    Turn around time + Shipping method = Estimated Delivery Date

 

Can I Expedite My Order?

  • Currently we do not offer this option but we plan to in the near future!

 

Can I Deliver To Multiple Addresses?

  • We do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses for a single order.  If you require the items to be delivered at multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Do You Alert Us Once Our Order Ships?

  • Yes!  Our system automatically will send out an email with tracking details once the product is shipped!

 

I Have Not Recieved My Order Yet, Now What?

  • Please check your tracking information that was delivered in the email to see if the package has been delivered.  If it says that it was delivered please allow a couple days to make sure that there wasn't an error in the shipping providers system.  If you still have not received it after this time, please call or email us, and we will work to find your order!

What is your ordering process?

  • Placing an order is a simple 4 steps!
    1. Select your favorite items and add them to the cart in their proper sizes! (Don't forget to signup for any coupons!)
    2. Enter your billing and shipping information
    3. Select shipping method
    4. Checkout 

What Should I do If I Made A Mistake On My Order?

  • Please contact us immediately by phone or email and we will gladly change any errors as long as they have not been printed or shipped! support@armorink.com

How Do I Apply A Coupon Code?

  • When you are on the payment page after providing the necessary information for shipping. 

How Do I Change My Order?

  • If you would like to make a change to an already placed order please reach out to us by phone or email immediately so we can work to make the changes before the items are created or shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production.  Please email us at support@armorink.com with your order details and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund if possible.  We cannont cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

What's The Status Of My Order?

  • Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder in case it was redirected there.

What's Your Return Policy?

  • Since all product orders are custom made we can not offer returns or exchanges.

What if my order is defective, incorrectly sized, or an incorrect product?

  • If you received a incorrectly printed product please contact us ASAP at support@armorink.com and include a detailed explanation of the situation with any necessary pictures so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
