What is in the free sample pack
Two things, both printed to order the day you ask for them: a full DTF sample sheet for garments and a strip of UV DTF transfers for hard surfaces. Enough to press a few shirts, wrap a tumbler and see the colors, the feel and the wash results for yourself before you place a real order.
- The sheet23 by 50 inches of ready-to-press DTF transfers. A mix of Christian, retro, colorful, distressed and trendy designs in full-front, pocket and sleeve sizes, so you see fine detail, big solid fills, gradients and white ink on the same sheet. Cut out each design and press it.
- The UV decals7 UV DTF transfers. Waterproof, dishwasher-safe decals for tumblers, cups, glass, metal, plastic, acrylic and wood. No heat press: peel the backing, stick, rub, lift the film.
- Printed like every order9-color RGBO DTF ink on instant peel film with hot melt powder, on the same industrial roll printers in Ellinwood, Kansas. Nothing is pulled from a stock bin; your pack prints when you order it.

Why a sample
What the sample pack lets you check
Color and detail
Fine lines, small text, gradients and bright reds, greens and oranges that 4-color presses turn muddy. The sheet carries all of them.
Feel and stretch
Press a design on cotton, a blend and polyester, light and dark. Check the hand, the stretch and how the white underbase looks on a black shirt.
Wash results
Wash a pressed shirt a few times. Pressed as directed, our transfers hold 60+ washes without cracking or fading.
Hard surfaces too
Seven UV decals to try on a tumbler, a glass or a laptop, so you can judge the UV DTF line for cups and decals at the same time.
Color
9-color RGBO printing: brighter than standard CMYK DTF
Most DTF shops print with four colors plus white. Our printers add red, green, blue and orange inks, so saturated reds, oranges and greens print the way they look on your screen instead of going muddy.

Unpressed transfers keep for months stored flat in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. Keep the sheet in the bag it came in.
Application
How to press the sample transfers
Cut out each design from the sheet, then press it like any of our DTF transfers. Heavy pressure, 8 to 10 seconds, peel right away or after it cools.
- Set your press280°F for 100% cotton, 260°F for blends, 240°F for 100% polyester, heavy pressure. Lint-roll the garment, and pre-press for 5 seconds if it is wrinkled or damp.
- Position and pressLay the garment flat, transfer print side down. Press with heavy, even pressure for 8 to 10 seconds (3 to 10 seconds on 100% poly). Heat tape helps on hats and odd shapes.
- PeelInstant or cold, your call. Peel right away or let it cool until you are ready, then peel slowly from one corner. If it does not release easily, let it cool completely and try again.
- Second pressCover the design with parchment paper and press again for 8 to 10 seconds (3 to 10 on poly). This locks in durability, softens the feel and removes shine. Want gloss? Use a Teflon sheet instead.
Did not transfer? More pressure and 5 more seconds, then raise the temperature 10°F at a time. Full tips, troubleshooting and wash care are on our how to press page. New material? Do a test press first.
UV decals
How to apply the UV DTF transfers
No heat, no press. UV DTF decals go on clean, smooth, hard surfaces by hand in about a minute.
- Clean the surfaceWipe the tumbler, glass or case with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Skip textured, powder-coated or oily surfaces.
- Peel the backingCut the decal out, peel the white backing paper off the back. The design stays on the clear transfer film.
- Stick and rubLay it sticky side down where you want it, then rub firmly over the whole design with a card or your thumb for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Lift the filmPeel the clear film back slowly at a sharp angle. If a spot lifts, lay the film back down and rub it again. Hand wash for best life.
