How Do I Place An Order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  • Browse Our Catalog: Explore our website to view our vast collection of single designs or pre-made gang sheets
  • Select Your Options: Choose the size, quantity, and any customization options you need.
  • Upload Your Design (if using gang sheets or custom uploads by size): If you have a custom design or designs, simply upload them on the custom upload page or gang sheet page.   If you want to build a custom gang sheet select your size and quantity and checkout.

What Information Do I Need To Provide To Make An Order?

  • Shipping Information: Your complete shipping address, including zip code.
  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number for order updates.
  • Payment Details: Your preferred payment method to finalize the order.

What Are Your Shipping & Handling Charges?

 

  • Free Shipping Available On Orders Over $75
  • Our shipping and handling charges are calculated based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected delivery method. To provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date rates, we recommend using our online shipping calculator during the checkout process. This tool will display the exact shipping and handling fees before you finalize your purchase.

    Please note that shipping and handling fees cover the costs associated with processing, packaging, and delivering your order. These fees are determined by the carriers and may vary depending on current rates and any additional services you select.

 

What's Your Return Policy?

 

  • Since all product orders are custom made we can not offer returns or exchanges.

 

Can I Expedite My Order?

 

  • Yes!  Just select what service you would like at checkout!

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

 

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.  For a quick ground estimate for shipping times based off of our facility at 67526 go to Shipping ETA

 

When Will My Order Ship?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 Hours (excluding weekends & holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do You Alert Us Once Our Order Ships?

  • Yes!  Our system automatically will send out an email with tracking details once the product is shipped!

I Have Not Recieved My Order Yet, Now What?

  • Please check your tracking information that was delivered in the email to see if the package has been delivered.  If it says that it was delivered please allow a couple days to make sure that there wasn't an error in the shipping providers system.  If you still have not received it after this time, please call or email us, and we will work to find your order!

What Should I Do If I Made A Mistake On My Order?

  • Please contact us immediately by phone or email and we will gladly change any errors as long as they have not been printed or shipped! support@armorink.com

How Do I Apply A Coupon Code?

  • Look for the "Coupon Code" field on the checkout page. Enter your code and submit.

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production.  Please email us at support@armorink.com with your order details and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund if possible.  We cannont cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

How Do I Change My Order?

  • If you would like to make a change to an already placed order please reach out to us by phone or email immediately so we can work to make the changes before the items are created or shipped.
