Freight Delivery for Pallet-Size Orders

Heavy supply orders, such as multiple cases or many rolls, ship on a pallet by freight truck (LTL, less-than-truckload) because UPS cannot deliver them as effectively. Armor Ink chooses the carrier and shipping method for every order.

Free freight delivery

Free to a business address with a loading dock or forklift. Freight orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days and take 2 to 5 business days in transit. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Home, shop, or no dock?

Freight can still deliver, with added carrier fees: liftgate service is typically $125 and residential delivery is typically $100. After you order, we'll email you to confirm your delivery details and the exact amount. We ship once you approve it.

Scheduling and unloading

The carrier calls to schedule delivery. Someone must be there to receive the pallet, and the driver does not unload it. With a liftgate, the pallet is lowered to the ground at the curb or driveway.

Inspect before you sign

• Minor damage: accept the delivery, write the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and send us photos right away.
• Extremely damaged (crushed, soaked, or clearly unusable): refuse the delivery, write "refused, damaged" on the receipt, take photos, and contact us the same day. We'll reship.
• Damage found after the driver leaves: contact us within 2 business days with photos and keep the packaging, and we'll make it right.
