We print what you send, so the file decides the result. Five things to check before you upload.
22 inches wide by the length you ordered: 12, 24, 36, 60, 120, 240 or 360 inches. Keep designs at least 0.25 inch from the edges and from each other so they are easy to cut.
Export at 300 dpi at the finished size. Upscaled web images print soft. Vector files (PDF) are ideal; embed fonts first.
Anything that is not transparent prints, including white boxes behind logos. Use PNG or PDF with transparency.
Upload the sheet reading the way it should look on the cup or sign. UV DTF is applied face up, so there is no mirroring to think about; we handle orientation.
RGB or CMYK both work. White areas print with white ink, and the whole design gets the clear raised layer. Thin lines and text under 6 pt may not survive the peel.
Up to 500 MB per file. One file per sheet. Name it for your records; the name shows on your order.
Seven fixed sizes, all 22 inches wide. Pick the one that matches your artboard. The rate per square inch falls with length, and orders of $100 or more get 5% to 25% off at checkout.

Order discounts come off automatically at checkout and are worked out on the whole cart, so UV sheets, DTF gang sheets and transfers by size in the same order all count toward the tier.
Five 30 foot uploads with the 25% tier work out to 2.3¢ per square inch.
UV DTF is the hard-surface cousin of the DTF transfers we press on shirts. It is printed in full color with white and a clear raised layer, then applied like a sticker. No heat press, no weeding, no transfer tape.

Tumblers, glass cans, candles, phone cases, laptops, coolers, signs, equipment. If the surface is smooth and hard, a UV DTF transfer bonds to it with vibrant color and a smooth raised finish, indoors or out.
Every sheet is printed in our own shop in Ellinwood, Kansas and leaves by UPS within 24 hours on business days. Central shipping means two to three days to most of the country.
