1. Full Refund: If you find our product unsatisfactory, you can contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We'll offer to issue a full refund once we've received the product or quality pictures so that we can properly evaluate it. We can also work with you to upload the order again, at no additional charge, if necessary. Our team is available to guide you through the process, making it as simple and quick as possible.
2. Replacement: If your product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Armor Ink LLC is not responsible for any technical issues related to the DTF process such as using the wrong settings, equipment, materials, etc, and that it is the customers responsibility to own and operate properly maintained equipment. You also must understand that all artwork varies and it is required to review our minimum standards to prevent any artwork related issues.
