What each print costs when it shares a gang sheet with your other designs, with a quarter inch of space around it. Sizes are the longest side of the design. Any size up to 23 inches wide works.

Add up what each piece costs you and pick your markup. A 100% markup doubles your cost. Your transfer cost fills in with what the size above costs on a 10 ft gang sheet, and you can change any number.

Questions about DTF pricing
How much do DTF transfers cost?
Most of our customers order gang sheets, which is the cheapest way to buy DTF. Gang sheets start at $14.24 for 2 feet, and a 30 foot sheet is $128.17. On a 30 foot sheet, an 11 × 11 inch adult front works out to about $1.96, a left chest logo about 28¢, and a 12 × 16 inch full back about $3.08. With the 25% bulk discount, that drops to as low as 1.16¢ per square inch. Ordered by size, an 11 × 11 inch print is $6.66 for one or $4.54 each for 12.
What size DTF transfer should I use on a shirt?
Most adult fronts are 10 inches wide for sizes S to L and 11 to 12 inches for XL and up. Youth fronts run 8 to 9 inches, toddlers 6 to 7, infants about 5. Left chest logos are about 4 inches, sleeves about 3, and a full back is often 12 × 16 inches.
Is a gang sheet cheaper than transfers by size?
If you have several designs or sizes, usually yes. A gang sheet is priced by the foot, so you fit as many designs on it as you can. For example, 12 adult fronts at 11 × 11 inches cost about $54 by size, and fit on a 23 × 68 inch gang sheet for about $38.
How do the bulk discounts work?
They come off automatically at checkout, across your whole cart: 5% at $100, 10% at $200, 15% at $300, 20% at $500 and 25% at $999. No code needed.
Is shipping included?
Transfer orders of $75 or more ship free by UPS Ground. Under $75, shipping is a flat rate at checkout. Most orders print and ship within 24 hours.
