Questions about UV DTF pricing
How much do UV DTF decals cost?
The cheapest way is a UV gang sheet. Sheets start at $13.99 for 1 foot, and a 30 foot sheet is $244.73. On a 30 foot sheet, a 3 × 3 inch sticker works out to about 33¢ and a 16 oz can wrap about $1.37. With the 25% bulk discount, that drops to as low as 2.3¢ per square inch. Ordered by size, a 3 × 3 inch sticker is $1.08 for one or about 46¢ each for 50.
What size UV DTF wrap fits a cup or tumbler?
For a 16 oz glass can, a 9.5 × 4.3 inch wrap is the size most people use. For a 20 oz skinny tumbler, 9.3 × 8.2 inches. Measure the space you want to cover, since cups vary by brand.
Is a UV gang sheet cheaper than ordering decals by size?
For lots of designs, usually yes. A gang sheet is priced by the foot, so you can fill it with as many decals as fit. The calculator shows the gang sheet price next to your by-size price when the sheet would save you money.
Do I need a heat press for UV DTF?
No. UV DTF decals stick on their own. Peel the backing, place the decal, press it down firmly, then peel off the top film. They work on hard, smooth surfaces like glass, metal, plastic and wood.
Do the order discounts apply to UV DTF?
Yes. Orders of $100 or more get 5% to 25% off automatically at checkout, and UV and DTF items in the same cart count toward the same tier.
