Mixed sizes on one sheet. Full-front designs around 10 to 12 inches, pocket and sleeve prints around 4 inches, and small accents that fill the gaps. The photos show every design on the sheet; zoom in to count.

9-color RGBO DTF ink on instant peel film with hot melt powder. Sheets print when you order, in Ellinwood, Kansas, and ship within 24 hours on business days.

280°F, 8 to 10 seconds, heavy pressure on cotton (260 on blends, 240 on polyester). Peel right away or after it cools, then a second press under parchment. 60+ washes.

Color

9-color RGBO printing: brighter than standard CMYK DTF

Most DTF shops print with four colors plus white. Our printers add red, green, blue and orange inks, so saturated reds, oranges and greens print the way they look on your screen instead of going muddy.

DTF transfer printed by Armor Ink with 9-color RGBO ink: saturated red, orange and green on a black shirt — **Armor Ink, 9-color RGBO.** Same file, pressed on the same black shirt.

Application

How to press a pre-made gang sheet

Cut out each design, then press it like any of our DTF transfers. Heavy pressure, 8 to 10 seconds, peel right away or after it cools.

Set your press280°F for 100% cotton, 260°F for blends, 240°F for 100% polyester, heavy pressure. Lint-roll the garment, and pre-press for 5 seconds if it is wrinkled or damp.
Position and pressLay the garment flat, transfer print side down. Press with heavy, even pressure for 8 to 10 seconds (3 to 10 seconds on 100% poly). Heat tape helps on hats and odd shapes.
PeelInstant or cold, your call. Peel right away or let it cool until you are ready, then peel slowly from one corner. If it does not release easily, let it cool completely and try again.
Second pressCover the design with parchment paper and press again for 8 to 10 seconds (3 to 10 on poly). This locks in durability, softens the feel and removes shine. Want gloss? Use a Teflon sheet instead.

Did not transfer? More pressure and 5 more seconds, then raise the temperature 10°F at a time. Full tips, troubleshooting and wash care are on our how to press page. New material? Do a test press first.

What is a pre-made DTF gang sheet?

A full sheet of ready-to-press DTF transfers that we designed and laid out around one theme. You buy the sheet, we print it to order, and you cut out and press each design as you need it. No artwork, no builder, no file prep.

How many designs are on this sheet?

The product photos show the whole sheet and close-ups of the designs, so you can count before you buy. Most sheets carry a handful of full-front designs around 10 to 12 inches, several pocket or sleeve size prints around 4 inches, and small accents that fill the gaps.

Can I resell shirts made with these designs?

Yes. The designs are ours and the sheets are sold for decorating garments you sell. They are not licensed sports or entertainment artwork; team and city themes use colors and generic graphics, not trademarks.

What is the sheet printed on?

The same film, ink and powder as every transfer we print: 9-color RGBO DTF ink on instant peel film with hot melt powder, on industrial roll printers in Ellinwood, Kansas. Sheets are printed when you order, not pulled from stock.

What temperature do I press at?

280 degrees F for 100% cotton, 260 for blends and 240 for 100% polyester, with heavy pressure for 8 to 10 seconds (3 to 10 seconds on poly). Pre-press for 5 seconds if the garment is wrinkled or damp, and finish with a second press under parchment paper. Peel right away or after it cools.

How long do unpressed transfers keep?

Months, stored flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. Keep the rest of the sheet in the bag it came in.

Does this sheet count toward the order discounts?

Yes. Pre-made sheets, custom gang sheets and transfers by size in the same cart all count toward the automatic 5% to 25% discount at $100 and up, and toward free UPS Ground at $75.

Can I get one of these designs in a different size, or add my own?

Not on this sheet; it prints as shown. For one design in a specific size, order it through transfers by size. To mix these themes with your own artwork, lay out a sheet in the gang sheet builder.

How fast will my sheet ship?

Printed and shipped within 24 hours on business days from Ellinwood, Kansas. UPS Ground reaches most of the US in two to three days; UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are at checkout.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us within 30 days. If a print is wrong because of something we did, such as a print defect or a shipping error, we reprint and reship it at no cost. Send a photo and your order number to support@armorink.com.
