Stocked by a shop that uses it
This is the printhead cleaner and nozzle wash we keep next to our own DTF printers. It is made for Epson piezo printheads running water-based pigment DTF ink, and it does three jobs: it softens dried ink on the nozzle plate so a clean cycle can pull it through, it dissolves the ink crust that builds up on the capping station and wiper blade, and it flushes dampers and lines when you are chasing a stubborn channel or putting a printer into storage.
Most clogs on a DTF printer start at the cap and wiper, not inside the head. A wipe-down with this solution on a lint-free swab at the end of the day, and a few drops in the cap before the printer parks, prevents most of the missing-nozzle checks you would otherwise be fixing in the morning.
It is not a solvent and it will not harm the nozzle plate, the seals or the ink lines. Use it as a soak for dried heads, as a flush for dampers and lines, and as the everyday cleaner for everything around the head. Pair it with the moisturizing liquid for the capping station and the cleaning swabs.
Sold in a 100 ml bottle for one printer's routine upkeep and a 1 L bottle for shops that flush lines or run several heads. Ships from our Kansas warehouse within 24 hours on business days.

How to use the nozzle wash
- Check firstPrint a nozzle check. If one or two nozzles are out, a normal clean cycle may do it. Use the wash when channels stay out after two cleans, or as the daily wipe.
- Wipe the cap and wiperPower the printer off and move the carriage. Dampen a lint-free swab with the wash and clean the capping station rim and sponge and both faces of the wiper blade. Do this daily.
- Soak a dried headPut a few drops in the capping station, park the head over it and leave it 30 minutes to overnight. The wash softens the dried ink so a clean cycle can pull it through.
- Flush a stubborn channelFor a channel that will not clear, draw the wash through the damper and line with a syringe, then follow with ink. Do not force liquid into the head under pressure.
- Prime and checkRun a clean cycle, then a nozzle check. Repeat the soak if gaps remain. For storage, flush the lines with the wash and park the head on a wet cap.
General guidance for Epson-head DTF printers. Follow your printer maker's service instructions, and never scrub the nozzle plate.
